We started as a small business and have bloomed into a company that's 10+people strong and growing. We are dedicated to providing you with the most professional roofing solutions for your needs. Top Hand Roofing was started in 2021 in order to have the power to do the right thing for people and not the company. We provide a lifetime workmanship warranty, we are a full storm restoration company, roof, gutters, siding, sheetrock & paint, window and screens, and flooring. We cover residential and commercial, full recovery, or just repairs. We work with all roofing materials - shingles, tile, metal, TPO, and modified rolled roofing. 


Our mission is to provide honest answers to our community and help them get back to pre-storm conditions in their home. We work with the insurance company to make sure the policyholder gets the proper help and money they need to do the job right. We also work with realtors to get the home to closing so there are no delays in the crazy process.

  • My roof leaks. Do I need to have it replaced completely?

    Not necessarily. It's possible that a section of your roof is loose, or that damage occured in one place only. We'll conduct a thorough investigation before suggesting repair options.


  • How long can I expect my roof system to last?

    On average, the weather elements in your location, materials used and their quality, and workmanship determine a roof’s lifespan. While many types of roofs last more than 15 years, some can hold up very well for about 50 years, perhaps even longer.

  • Are your services covered by my home insurance?

    Most standard home insurance policies cover roof replacement after sudden and accidental damage due to covered perils. Due to the high cost of roof repair or replacement, some stringent criteria need to be met in order to have your roof covered. These criteria include the age of your roof, the materials used, how well maintained it is and if it is installed properly.

  • When is the best time to do roofing repairs?

    While it may be tempting to put off roof repairs as long as possible, this is generally not a good idea. Waiting too long to seek repairs will only lead to increased roof damage that will likely become more expensive to repair.
